SYSTEM PROTOCOL: Transmitter Initialisation & Telemetry Troubleshooting
If the Anytime App fails to establish an immediate data sync with the Reusable Transmitter during the initialisation phase, execute the calibration sequence below:
Phase 0: Environmental Signal De-noising High-density electronic interference environments (e.g., transit hubs, airport security zones, server matrix rooms, transformer substations, or heavily shielded enclosed architecture) introduce significant wireless friction. Prior to executing the data steps, ensure you are outside these zones.
Proximity Vector: Maintain the primary device and the transmitter within a strict 6-metre radius (ideally within the same structural space).
Step 1: Bluetooth Vector Verification
Navigate to the host system settings (Settings → Bluetooth → Device Registry).
Verify that the primary Bluetooth network is active. Crucial: If the transmitter appears in the native system list, do not initiate pairing from this interface.
Temporarily disconnect secondary peripheral devices to clear signal bandwidth, then re-attempt pairing exclusively through the secure interface of the Anytime App.
System Status: If data synchronisation is established, the protocol is successfully completed. If friction persists, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Transmitter Energy Injection
Dock the transmitter into the dedicated Charging Module.
Allow the system to charge until the solid blue optical indicator activates.
Keep the transmitter docked on the charging base while re-initiating the software activation sequence.
System Status: If the signal remains offline, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Hardware Diagnostics (Cross-Device Testing)
To isolate whether the data latency stems from the transmitter hardware or the primary smartphone architecture, attempt a signal sweep using an alternative host device.
Search for the transmitter signature within the alternative device's native Bluetooth matrix.
If the transmitter is successfully detected by the secondary device, migrate your secure user credentials to that unit and re-execute Step 2.
If the transmitter signal remains entirely undetectable across multiple platforms, proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: System Architecture Reboot
Power down and perform a complete system restart on your primary smartphone to flush temporary cache friction.
Re-initiate the initialisation sequence via the app interface.
System Status: If the system fails to activate after this final baseline reset, initiate direct contact with our backend support via the secure data vector (support@kormos.co.uk) to clear any administrative or hardware friction.
